96G Blue wins Fusion Winter Classic

CONGATULATIONS to our SCFC 96G Blue team for taking 1st Place at this year’s Fusion Winter Classic on Feb 9-10. Our girls defeated the host Fusion team in the Championship game after two overtime periods, sealing the victory on the 6th penalty kick. The team is trained by SCFC Pro Staff Heather Williams and Volunteer Coach Chris Sellers. Special thanks to professional staff member Dave Stewart for filling in for Heather in the championship game after Heather came down with the flu.

SCFC 96G Win Eclipse Invitational

The SCFC 96G had a great weekend and won the Eclipse Invitational Tournament U12G National Bracket after a big day on Sunday. After a 6-0 win over Sugarland Dynamo, they went into the final game 8 points behind rival Albion. The ladies produced the points they needed to win the tournament with a 4-1 win over Albion. SCFC 96G is coached by Sandy Davison and managed by Jim Chew. |
