The Competitive Program consists of all players at U11 and above that are selected to play on Premier, Division 1 (D1), Super 2 (S2), or Division 2 (D2) level teams.
NOTE: BAYSA is not currently planning to offer Division 2 programming for the 2011 U11 & U12 age groups.
Prospective competitive program players must attend tryouts to be evaluated by the professional staff. For tryout schedules and information, click here. New U11 competitive teams will be formed after tryouts in May.

Current and prospective Competitive Program volunteers:
SCFC invites you to indicate in the Blue Sombrero registration system that you are interested in serving as an assistant coach, team manager, or Division 2 volunteer coach for the upcoming season.
Assistant coaches and team managers play a key role in coaching and managing competitive teams along with the club’s professional staff in a manner that provides the best possible environment for player development. Assistant coaches assist the professional staff with practice and game-time management; as such, they must complete coaching education sessions. Team managers focus primarily on team administrative tasks. Division 2 volunteer coaches lead the team's practices and games and also serve as team manager.
