Photo Order Form (note that tax is already included).  Print this out, fill it out to the maximum extent, and bring it to Photo Days.  Extra forms will be on hand at Photo Days.

Recreational Program Parents:
Contact your coach for your team and individual player photo date/time/location.

PDF Program Parents:

Girls PDF group photos will be taken on Wednesday, 3/20 during the first water break of practice.

Boys PDF group photos will be taken on Wednesday, 3/27 during the first water break of practice.

INDIVIDUAL PHOTOS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF PDF GROUP PHOTOS.  PDF players who are on a recreational team will have their individual photos taken at the same time as their recreational team photo.  Your recreational coach will give you the time and date of your recreational team photo.

PDF players who are not on a recreational team, or Competitive Program players, can come at any time during photo days to have their individual photos taken...

Photographers will be onsite at the following locations/times:

1.  Individual recreational player photos are to be taken at the same time as their recreational team photos.   Only PDF players who are NOT on a recreational team, or Competitive Program players, can come any time during photo days to have their individual photos done.

2.  The photo order form can be found on the Space City website, and extra forms will be on hand at photo day. 

3.  Tax is already included in the costs listed on the order form.

For new SCFC families and veterans that need replacements, FREE SCFC car window decals will be available at photo days!  Please limit 1 per vehicle.
